Ugandan musicians Pallaso and David Lutalo are at odds following Lutalo's recent interview with BBS Terefayina about the state of the country's music industry.
In the interview, Lutalo commented on the "big three" musicians and how they are chosen based on generation and performance.
He suggested that despite their talent and hard work, artists like himself, Eddy Kenzo, Radio, and Weasel could not join the ranks of Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool, and Jose Chameleone.
Lutalo went on to mention King Saha, Pallaso, and Ziza Bafana as the generation capable of taking over after him. However, he stated that King Saha was ranked higher than Pallaso and Ziza Bafana and advised them to work harder on their careers.
Pallaso, clearly upset by Lutalo's comments, took to Twitter to voice his frustration, saying that he had achieved success through his music and not just words.
